In my experience in today’s fast-paced, dematerialized, globalized world, although many people appear to be successful on the outside, on the inside, more and more of them experience anxiety, loneliness, and lack of understanding. It is difficult to find true values in this performance-focused world and live accordingly in our everyday life… It is difficult to comply with all challenges, tasks and roles… It is difficult to establish and maintain real, intimate relationships… With my psychological knowledge, I want to help you in all of these, providing a safe therapeutic space where you have the opportunity to focus on yourself, to feel that you are capable of changing and you have the opportunity to live a more satisfied and balanced life!

Introduction
My name is Dzsida Krisztina, psychologist and economist. In the first half of my career, I worked as an economist at a multinational company, where I successfully climbed up the ladder – with more and more responsibility, better and better salary and less and less free time. Due to work related stress, I struggled with functional infertility for 7 years. That’s when I realized the connection between body and soul, the importance of stress management and mental health. As a result of my psychological development I changed my lifestyle and I am now a happy mother of two. I believe that by developing our self-awareness we can achieve significant positive changes and make our lives more complete.
I graduated at Károli Gáspár Reformed University specialized in adult clinical and health psychology major. In addition, I studied sports psychology basics, autogenic training relaxation and schema therapy method.
As a psychologist I gained experience as at the Health Promotion Office in Szentendre, where I participated in a complex school mental health program. At the Nyugizóna foundation, I mostly worked on psychological projects for companies: workshops related to burnout prevention, stress management, lectures, psychosocial risk assessment, management support line and individual consultations. I perform my work under continuous supervision and professional development.

Methods
Schema therapy
Schema therapy goes back to the root cause of our current problems and helps us to find their childhood origin. As a result of not meeting some core emotional needs, maladaptive schemas and coping styles are formed. These are passively present throughout our lives and are activated in certain situations. When activated, we respond with a coping style to avoid the pain caused by the schema, which are often dysfunctional and stand in the way of our current happiness.
During the therapy, we map the origin of our schemas, our schema modes and understand their operation in current situations. Our goal is to satisfy the core emotional needs by healing schemas and replacing maladaptive coping styles with adaptive adult behaviour patterns.

Relaxation / Autogenic training
Relaxation methods reduce anxiety by relaxing the body, as mental tension is often accompanied by physical muscle tension („Body to mind” technique). The autogenic training exercise is performed with a high degree of internal concentration, while passively monitoring our body’s feedback. As a result, we feel more relaxed, our emotions and everyday stress become more manageable. An additional advantage of autogenic training is that following a certain practice it can be done alone without any external support.
Coaching tools
I like using coaching tools which I learned at the sports psychology and internal consultant trainings, such as reframing, change of perspective, SWOT analysis, wheel of life, motivational interview, goal setting, list of values, strengths, timeline, urgent-important matrix, assertive communication techniques, scaling, etc.
